Sam Davidson, CPA
With an MBA from Columbia Business School, Sam has been providing business consulting, tax planning, auditing and other attest services to public and private entities in New England for 33 years.
Formerly with the international CPA firm of Ernst & Young, Sam has focused on bringing those same quality services to small and medium size businesses, not-for-profit organizations and government entities in the Southern & Mid-coast areas of Maine. As well, he provides services in the areas of marketing planning, financial planning, internal control structure design as well as public and private capital acquisitions.
With senior management and board of director experience, Sam brings high level and broad experience to client strategic issues. Having been a member of the board and chair of the Finance Authority of Maine, member of the board and chair of the Natural Resources Board, member of the board and chair of the finance committee of an $150 million dollar bank, member of the board and chair of the finance committee of an $85 million dollar nonprofit community development organization and member of the board of a $30 million dollar social investment venture capital firm, Sam can consult on strategic management and policy issues, strategic management of assets and liabilities, private and public capital acquisition, organizational capital investment and organizational social and environmental responsibility.

Greg Davidson graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University and went to work in Arthur Anderson's Boston Office partnership taxation group, performing audits and tax services for real estate flow through entities. Greg came to work with his father in the Portland office in 2002 and works with several real estate clients. He is knowledgeable in entity structure planning, flowcharting and tax compliance.
While with Anderson, he worked with such clients as CB Ellis Richards; Cabot & Forbes; UBS; Energy Investors and many other million dollar entities.

Leigh Miller has over 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising, specializing in media strategy, planning and buying. Working at top advertising agencies such as Arnold Worldwide in Boston and Wunderman DC in Washington, DC, and managing multi-million dollar marketing campaigns, Leigh brings significant marketing expertise and fresh thinking to this small, Maine accounting firm.
